There is something about a bud that always makes it interesting. Somehow a bud seems to hold a promise of something....
Something deeper ... exciting ... mysterious ... inspiring... ...promising....
I usually take more time looking at a bud than at a full blown flower because of these possibilities.
Today, I invite you to take a closer look at this photo and see what thoughts or feelings come forth as you look at it. Do the unopened petals seem like fingers cradling something? Can you feel a sense of mystery or curiousity arising from within you?
