I was playing around with photoshop and discovered a way to create some cool effects. If you want your photo to have a kind of zoomed in effect, then try this...
Open your photo in photoshop (I used CS for this photo but you can use newer versions of course), go to "filter", click on "blur", then "radial" and finally "zoom". You can use the slider to increase or decrease the zoom effect. Viola, you now have a zoomed in photo as what is shown in this picture.
